I think of my songwriting strength as effective melody, good chord progressions, and great care with word choice. I am very attentive to the raw, skeletal ingredients of a song and am a good instrumentalist, but weak in terms of production and finding the best 'sounds' for a track.
I tend to gravitate toward melodic rock, acoustic rock, and indie.
