Touching down from America’s birthplace of music, Moriah Loya is an artist manager, music business consultant, and aspiring songwriter from Memphis, Tennessee. Moriah received her Bachelor’s in Music Business from the University of Memphis in 2015 and began working for Hall of Fame Songwriter David Porter (Soul Man, Hold On I’m Coming) as the Director of Operations for his non-profit organization The Consortium Memphis Music Town (MMT) — an organization dedicated to mentoring songwriters, record producers, and recording artists. Aside from The Consortium MMT, Moriah manages neo-soul pop duo (and twin brothers) The PRVLG while also consulting multiple artists around town. Moriah is attending the ASCAP EXPO 2018 to grow her network, seek opportunities for her clients, and sharpen her knowledge of the music industry. She is also excited to learn more about songwriting and music production while representing a new generation of the Memphis music industry.
