Brittany began her career in 2007 as an intern for Rush Communications while attending Spelman College. Upon graduating, she earned her first job at Def Jam Recordings as the Urban Promotion Coordinator. Brittany then launched her own management & consulting agency whose clients included rappers Lil Durk & G Herbo as well as Love & Hip Hop reality star DJ Self. In 2017, she relocated from her hometown New York City to Atlanta to join Grammy-nominated rap superstar Jeezy’s executive management team. Brittany currently resides in Los Angeles and is the Director of Urban Promotion and Lifestyle Marketing at Capitol Records.
