Lonny’s musical abilities were fostered from birth, being the 4th born of 5 children, and the oldest son of a preacher and a skillful teacher/choral director. Lonny began perfecting his skills serving in ministry, alongside his musical family, learning within a rich culture of excellence, developing his skillset as a teacher, musician, and singer. Lonny started professionally as a background singer for the likes of Jamie Foxx, Tank, Kelly Rowland, Ruben Studdard, K-Ci & JoJo, Teddy Riley, Brandy, Monica, and a list of others.  Tank opened the door to Lonny’s first major co-writing opportunity and placements, on Dave Hollister’s 2003 “Real Talk” release.  It was the beginning of special experiences and opportunities.
With two-decades of industry experience and many accolades, Lonny is one of today’s highly sought-after talents, as a songwriter, producer, vocal arranger, live show producer, and musical director. Lonny’s credits can be found on some of the Music Industry’s top recording artists’ albums and singles; as well as film, soundtracks, and television shows.  Bereal has garnered several #1 Billboard hits, including his own single “Favor (ft. Kelly Rowland)”, and multiple ASCAP Awards, including the 2013 ASCAP Top Song of the Year Award.
